Supported by a highly motivated team of Service and Sales Engineers and office-based employees, they are dedicated to providing reliable and quality equipment within the Automotive Industry.
Role Description: This role of Field Service Engineer is a full-time remote position. Visiting 35 existing clients daily within your territory. Service, manage and develop client relationships and also identify new business opportunities. Service of sold equipment forms a large part of the role.
Required:
- Previous Internal or External Service experience within a technical field
- Or previous Technical Customer Services or Internal Technical Sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised managing own diary
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Able to lift 30/40kg equipment
Extensive training given for this position.
