Location: Crick, Northamptonshire
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 plus Annual Bonus
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch. 1 x day per week remote working (after 3 months).
Our highly successful and forward-thinking client is looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Executive, based at their Head office in Crick. The customer service team are multi-disciplined, customer-driven, delivering an excellent service.
Duties:
- Compiling quotes
- Checking stock availability
- Processing customer orders onto SAP
- Internal account management
- Working closely with the Sales Manager
- Supporting the external sales force
- Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities
- All administration relating to the department/role
- Learn technical product knowledge
Person Specification:
- 3 years plus experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Competent in IT including Microsoft Office 365
- Ecommerce experience
- A knowledge of SAP would be an advantage although a comprehensive training program will be provided
Holidays: 26 days plus bank holidays. None required to keep back for Christmas.
