Key Areas of Responsibility:
The Junior Field Service Engineer (JFSE) is responsible for troubleshooting and attending electrical and mechanical breakdowns. The individual must demonstrate excellent customer-facing skills while remaining calm and resolving any challenges on site in an amicable manner in line with company policy. Responsibilities include:
- Advising the help desk on any breakdown issues.
- Communicating and liaising with the business in support of all its products.
- Focusing on delivering and driving solutions through ownership.
- Attending sites throughout the country at short notice providing solutions for customers and the business.
- Understanding and demonstrating the functionality of CNC equipment.
- Providing technical and sales support to the business.
- Commissioning, training, and installation.
- Handling electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Driving change through historical and acquired knowledge.
- Documentation and procedures when needed.
