This profile corresponds to an individual that has a solid academic background in mechatronics, technology, and electrics, preferably having completed an apprenticeship in the industrial sector. It is complemented by a short experience (1-2 years) working in different industrial sectors, preferably Robotics and/or CNC automation.
Availability to travel extensively, also outside the UK, for training.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
The Junior Field Service Engineer (JFSE) is responsible for troubleshooting and attending electrical and mechanical breakdowns. The individual must demonstrate excellent customer-facing skills while remaining calm and resolving any challenges on site in an amicable manner in line with company policy. Advising the help desk on any breakdown issues and communicating with the business in support of all its products is essential. The JFSE must be focused on delivering and driving solutions through ownership and must also be available to attend sites throughout the country at short notice.
