Graduate Rural Surveyor, Shipston-on-Stour

Salary 25,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Rural Surveyor.

This role would suit candidates looking to progress their career in Rural Surveying, with support to obtain their MRICS/FAAV qualifications.

Work pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

(9 am – 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break)

Salary: 25,000 per annum

The Role:

  • You will be supporting the Rural Land Agency Department with various tasks related to rural property management and professional services
  • This includes tasks such as Estate Management, Land Sales, Valuations, Landlord and tenant matters including lettings, renewals and rent reviews for rural and commercial properties and advising on farm support schemes and grants.
  • You will also be involved in development promotion and renewable energy schemes
  • The friendly rural team act for clients across the East Midlands.

Skills and Experience:

  • Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise own time and workload
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and good keyboard skills
  • BSc Graduate in Rural Estate and Land Management or equivalent
  • Apprenticeship/ Distance Learning route will also be considered.
