Purpose of Role: To support the Sales Team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion.
Duties:
- Responsible for order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing customers’ expectations during the process and project closure phase.
- To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
- Finalisation of projects under the guidance of Sales Team.
- Adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments.
- Build excellent relationships with customers.
Experience:
- Experience in customer services.
- Knowledge of data based systems.
- Good knowledge of MS office (essential).
- Strong Administration and customer service skills.
- Ability to work calmly in a busy environment.
- NVQ in Business Administration – desired.
