We help clients unlock the full potential of their assets through specialist rural advice and a broad suite of professional services. These include commercial and residential property management, residential sales and lettings, new homes, client accounting, block management, and compulsory purchase.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards.
- Delivery of landlord and tenant advice to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Regular communication with commercial property management teams.
Experience & Key Attributes:
- RICS, Registered Valuer.
- Demonstrable experience valuing a range of property types, including industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, office properties and HMOs.
- Proven experience delivering landlord and tenant advice.
- Strong report writing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the local property market across the Midlands region.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues and recognises the contribution of others.
- Confident and self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use.
- Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable, with a positive and proactive approach.
