Office based in Coleshill, reporting to the Senior Account Manager, providing Sales Support to Account Directors.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking new enquiries and quoting on various finance packages while understanding different finance products.
- Supporting Account Managers with marketing initiatives to generate new business (e.g., mail shots, customer calls, dealer visits).
- Packaging proposals to send to funders and following up as necessary, with an understanding of funder criteria and rates.
- Providing additional information to banks/lenders as required.
- Handling customer queries and working through differences to achieve positive outcomes, using various negotiation styles.
- Planning approaches and pitches that address customer needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Presenting new products and services and enhancing existing relationships.
- Supporting Account Directors in developing new business.
- Providing support across all sales teams during periods of heavy workload.
- Updating systems and reporting on current business volumes to meet monthly targets.
- Managing dealer accounts and maintaining/developing existing dealer relationships to secure new and future revenue.
- Keeping dealers, funders, and customers updated during the sales process.
- Handling customer details in line with GDPR.
- Working closely with Sales Support Teams and other Senior Sales Support staff.
- Collaborating with the Accounts and Underwriting department to ensure correct processes are adhered to.
Skills required:
- Strong sales focus, highly motivated.
- At least 2 years of Internal Sales experience.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Relationship builder.
- Passionate team player.
