Purpose of Role: Overseeing a small team within the Outbound Customer Services, to ensure customers receive an exceptional service.
Duties:
- Overseeing a team of 4 Customer Services Administrators
- Involved in Recruitment/Training/Onboarding/Motivation of staff
- Conduct staff appraisals for development.
- Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues and complaints.
- Pro-active to resolve challenges for customers.
- Build excellent relationships with customers.
- Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team.
- Adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team.
Experience:
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Exceptional Customer Services skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong Customer Service and Administration skills
- Business Acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
