Operations Supervisor, Corby Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 / Friday 08:00-16:00 (39hrs) Salary: £40,000–£43,000 per annum (depending on experience) Our client is a world-leading manufacturer, recognised internationally for innovation, quality, and engineering excellence. They are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Operations Supervisor to help lead their daily operations and support the continued growth and improvement of their business. Job Description Reporting to the Operations Director, supporting the day-to-day running of our client's manufacturing Operations and Sales Administration Team. Responsible for setting the strategic direction, you will be ensuring daily activities are delivered efficiently, priorities are coordinated, and teams are supported to achieve operational objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role, leading the Production/Machine Shop (12 employees) and 2 Sales Administrators (14 staff across both areas), ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect. Working closely with the Operations Director to implement improvements, develop employees and drive operational excellence across both manufacturing and customer order processing.
