- Managing business (Customers, Projects, turnover, discount) within a defined area.
- Maintaining and building new customer trading relationships.
- Growing market share within a geographical area.
- Working closely with Sales Managers to identify and target new Customers.
- Developing, maintaining and growing turnovers from existing Customers.
- Developing and maintaining a project pipeline for your geographical area.
- Working closely with Sales Managers to deliver annual personal targets.
- Working closely with Customers to manage queries/complaints.
- Working closely with Customers to manage debt.
- Negotiating trading agreements and discount levels with Customers.
- New product market penetration.
- Operating within the company financial guidelines.
- Working closely with Sales Managers to ensure the most cost effective and profitable solutions are given to the Customer.
- Relationship building with both new and existing Customers.
- Forming relationships with technical staff and Customers to promote efficient use of products.
- Representing the Sales Team to collaborate with and support other regions.

Skills required:
- Previous experience selling within the Construction Industry or Civil Engineering.
- Preference given to those with Industry experience within Scaffolding or Formwork.
- Business Development Experience selling into Rail/Waterworks/Highways/Power Grids.
- Drive/Ambition.
- Excellent communication skills/relationship builder.
- Target driven/Goal orientated.
- Flexible to travel and some overnight stops as required.
