A lovely family of five are looking for a reliable, nurturing and confident nanny to care for their three boys, aged 10–12, in Busbridge, Godalming.

About the Role

The role is Monday–Thursday, 4pm–7:30pm, with some flexibility around earlier starts when needed, particularly during school holidays.

There is also the option to start earlier for additional hours focused on light housekeeping and meal preparation for the boys, if desired.

The family are looking for someone who can commit long-term and become a trusted and consistent figure in the boys’ lives.

Driving is essential, as the nanny will be responsible for school pick-ups and taking the boys to clubs and activities.

A family car can be provided for work use.

The role will involve managing the boys’ after-school routines, homework, dinner and activities, as well as some light housekeeping relating to the children.

The boys are active and love football and playing outdoors, so the family would love someone who is fun and happy to get involved, but who is also mature, confident and comfortable setting boundaries.

Both parents have busy full-time jobs, so reliability and punctuality are very important.

The family are ideally looking for someone who can commit for the next 2–3 years.

Pay will be in the region of £16–£20 gross per hour, depending on experience, with a start date of September 2026.
