About Us
Ring O\’ Bells is a popular canal-side pub located in the heart of Liverpool, known for its welcoming atmosphere, large outdoor seating area, and modern open kitchen. We\’re passionate about serving high-quality food and drinks in a relaxed, scenic environment – making us a favourite among locals and visitors alike.
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive the continued success of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and outdoor areas
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Support event planning and private functions
- Monitor stock, costs, and overall financial performance to meet sales targets
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, pub, or hospitality management role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on attitude
- Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
