This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a supportive kitchen, and is ready to apply their skills in a busy environment. You will be instrumental in helping us deliver delicious, well-presented dishes every day.

Responsibilities

As our Cook, you will play a key supporting role during service. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard under the direction of the senior chefs.
• Assisting with running specific cooking stations efficiently during busy periods.
• Supporting the team with daily tasks and menu preparation.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensuring your work station is clean, stocked, and well-organised.
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and reducing waste as directed.
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver great food consistently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook, or strong experience as a Kitchen Assistant, where you were responsible for preparing cooked food.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure.
• A passion for cooking and presenting great food.
• Strong team ethic and good communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Food hygiene certification is a bonus but not essential.
