We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our growing team. Based in London and working closely with our New York headquarters, the role is highly market-facing and requires building relationships with senior executives, developing a pipeline of opportunities, and driving revenue growth in Europe.
- Originate new business opportunities through existing networks, targeted outreach, and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and Heads of Investor Relations.
- 8–10+ years of experience in a commercially oriented, client-facing role such as corporate broking, institutional equity sales, investment banking, or investor relations.
- Strong understanding of European capital markets and investor dynamics.
- Self-starter with a proactive, relationship-driven approach to business development.
You will be employed via an Employer of Record (EOR) in the United States ensuring full local compliance and benefits.
