Key Responsibilities of the Digital Print Operator:- Operating and monitoring wide-format digital print equipment (including HP printers, laminators & plotting machines)
- Setting up print jobs with precision materials, calibration, and settings dialled in perfectly
- Keeping production flowing by collaborating with the team to hit deadlines
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure every print meets our high standards
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
- Performing routine maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance
- Maintaining accurate records of jobs, materials, and consumables
- Proven experience with production-level digital print machines (HP experience highly desirable)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your output
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong technical awareness
- Experience with Litho B1/B2 printer will be considered
