Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and learning new skills? Rose Bruford College is seeking a Technology Support Officer to join our Student Records team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines first-line technology support with opportunities to develop experience in digital learning technologies, data quality, reporting and process improvement.
Technology support is at the heart of the role. You'll help colleagues with day-to-day technology issues, coordinate support requests and work closely with our external IT provider to ensure services run smoothly across the College. You'll enjoy investigating problems, finding solutions and delivering a professional, customer-focused service. Alongside this, you'll gain exposure to areas including Power BI, advanced Excel, data quality, reporting, databases, T-SQL, digital learning technologies and automation. We will provide training and support for the right person. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent support.
