We’re building Rose-Brook — a platform helping hotels understand and improve how they appear inside AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. The shift happening in AI discovery feels massively underestimated by hospitality right now. Over the next few years, AI recommendation engines will increasingly influence:

  • which hotels guests even see
  • which brands feel trusted
  • who makes the shortlist before traditional search even starts

We think that creates a very large opportunity. We’re early, moving quickly, and looking for our first advisor — someone who wants meaningful involvement while the company is still at the stage where direction can genuinely be shaped. This is an equity-based role. Not a token advisor title. Not “join our board and attend four meetings a year”. We want someone excited by the scale of where this could go if executed properly.

Responsibilities

  • pressure‑testing ideas
  • spotting opportunities early
  • making the occasional introduction
  • helping build something ambitious before the rest of the sector catches up

Ideal backgrounds

  • hospitality
  • commercial leadership
  • revenue/distribution
  • product or growth
  • founder/operator experience

The most important thing is mindset rather than CV. Curious about AI. Commercially sharp. Comfortable with pace and ambiguity. Interested in helping build something early while the upside is still ahead of it.

Compensation

  • meaningful equity participation from an early stage in a company with significant scaling opportunity
  • direct involvement in shaping the product and commercial direction
  • exposure to a fast‑moving part of AI that hospitality is only just starting to wake up to
  • visibility into how AI recommendation engines are evolving across travel and discovery
  • the chance to help build something with significant growth potential before the market fully catches up
