We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef who brings creativity, passion, and genuine inspiration to the kitchen; someone who lives and breathes great food and loves developing the people around them just as much as crafting standout dishes. As Head Chef, you’ll take charge of food preparation, lead all kitchen operations, and ensure every plate reflects the high standards you’re proud of. From daily service to big-picture planning, you’ll run a kitchen that’s efficient, professional, and buzzing with energy.

Duties:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring the team functions cohesively and efficiently.
  • Produce quality daily and seasonal changes of menus.
  • Provide support and training to all sections of the kitchen, with menu knowledge, job role expectations, and future development of each chef.
  • Support staff within the department to develop the team to achieve a high standard of performance through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ensure that the kitchen team complies with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to generate the optimum yield and achieve budgeted gross profit margins.
  • Achieve food cost targets and objectives as set down by the General Manager.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create an excellent customer dining experience.
