Rose 360 in Alfreton is seeking an experienced Tool Setter / Shift Leader to join a well-established manufacturing team.
This permanent, full-time role offers rotating shifts from 6:00am to 10:00pm, 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm rotating weekly, with overtime at 1.5x.
You will lead a small team, carry out tool changes and line changeovers, troubleshoot across CNC press machines, and ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
