We are currently hiring a technical manager for an electronics business in the Nottingham area, to join their team and to take ownership of engineering projects.
Your day to day would involve:
- Acting as the bridge between design engineering, manufacturing, and the customer.
- Taking ownership of technical direction of engineering projects.
- Overseeing the delivery of electronic products.
- Leading the full cycle of product development.
- Managing a team of electronics operatives.
- Ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
- Contributing to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Pushing continuous improvement across engineering and production processes.
We are looking for an individual who:
