We are currently recruiting for a customer Sales Advisor to join a fantastic Automotive company in Heanor on a permanent basis.
If you’re passionate about cars, confident speaking on the phone and love talking all things technical, this would be the perfect role for you!
The role will involve:
- Dealing with outbound and inbound calls
- Handling customer queries
- Providing information about products to customers via the phone
- Updating customer records on an internal computer database
- Creating invoices and credit notes for customers
- Liasing with the technical department to provide accurate information to customers about products
- Creating outbound and inbound labels for couriers
