Assembly Team Leader | Nottingham | Permanent | Immediate Start I Up to £33,280 per annum A well-established manufacturing business based in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Assembly Team Leader to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Pay £14.00 – £15.00 per hour £1.00 per hour shift allowance Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours Shift Pattern Rotating weekly shifts: Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday The Role As an Assembly Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the assembly team while also remaining hands-on with the production process. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting a team of assemblers Allocating daily workloads and monitoring progress Assembling components using hand and power tools Reading and working from engineering drawings Checking completed work meets required quality standards Training and supporting new and existing team members Identifying and reporting production or quality issues Working closely with other departments to meet production deadlines Supporting the team to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment Experience leading or supervising individuals The ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings Experience using hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills A positive and reliable attitude APPLY NOW to be considered for this Assembly Team Leader position!
