Roscomac Ltd is a precision CNC machining company based in Worthing, West Sussex, with over 50 years’ experience supporting customers across demanding sectors including aerospace, defence, automotive and industrial equipment. We manufacture high-quality precision components, supporting customers from prototype development through to production, with a focus on quality, reliability and long-term supplier relationships. Roscomac operates to AS9100 Rev D, supporting controlled processes, traceability and consistent component quality.

Roscomac Ltd is looking for a General Manager to provide clear leadership across the business, support key personnel, and help drive operational and financial performance. Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, supporting the Leadership Team, reviewing business processes, and ensuring objectives and KPIs are achieved.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support across the business, setting achievable objectives and helping key personnel maintain and achieve business KPIs. You will interact directly with customers to maintain relationships and provide support where necessary, while also ensuring established processes and methods are maintained, developed and optimised to improve business performance. As deputy to the Managing Director, you will also contribute to and support the MD as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure accurate maintenance of order books, progress on NPI projects and operational performance.
  • Regularly review and analyse key financial metrics, carrying out detailed investigations where necessary to understand significant variances.
