Job Description

Our client area well established Financial Services organisation based on the outskirts of Lincoln.

They are looking for a highly experienced professional with the ability to understand the first charge mortgage market. You will be taking enquiries and placing them with the relevant lenders from a panel, assisting the administration team whilst ensuring there is a smooth process for each completion.

Role :

As a mortgage advisor you will be helping people find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about what\’s available.

Working in a customer\’s best interests, it\’s down to you to find the best mortgage based on their situation and finances, and guide them through the whole process.

Main duties :

• Dealing with estate agents, valuers and mortgage lenders,
• Keeping up to date with the current market and laws
• Working closely with your clients
• Advising clients on the homebuying process
• Explaining about repayments and mortgage protection
• Offering a number of mortgage options primarily over the phone
• Selling related financial products such as buildings or life insurance
• Selling whole of market mortgages primarily over the phone
• Attending property industry events to generate leads
• Meeting targets
• Perform any additional duties / activities assigned by management.

Prerequisites :

• CeMAP or equivalent
