Rosa’s Thai is looking for a confident, hands-on Sous-Chef to help the Head Chef lead the kitchen and own the food, the team and the standards. You’ll take charge of every dish, every service and every detail with a focus on quality.
You’ll lead in the Head Chef’s absence, run service with pace, train and support junior chefs, and maintain high standards across prep, service and cleanliness. This is a role with growth within a growing UK restaurant group.
