Rosa's Thai Cafe is looking for a Senior Wok Chef to join our growing team as the Number 2 to our Head Chef. We’ve come a long way since our founders, Saiphin and Alex, opened their first restaurant. They kept the Rosa's name and the goal to be the best Thai restaurant group. Rosa's Thai Cafe now has over 46 locations nationwide, with the same commitment to values and authentic Thai food.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
- Operate as the Senior Wok Chef, providing expertise in wok cooking and Asian cuisine
- Support the team to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Qualifications:
- Strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year working as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
- Kind-hearted, hard-working, food-loving mindset
