WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine and confidence in utilising a wok
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
- As a senior chef, you will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
