We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End caf . Rosa's Thai Caf was reborn. Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK. The role
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Sous-Chef to help the Head Chef lead the kitchen. You'll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail.
What you'll do:
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Run service with pace, focus and control
- Deliver every dish with consistency and care
- Train and support junior chefs
- Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
- Take ownership and help drive the kitchen forward
This role is for you if you:
