The role
We’re looking for a Line Chef to join our kitchen team.
You’ll cook, prep and deliver great food, every service.
- Fast, focused, and with care

- Cook and serve proper Thai food
- Run key sections like grill and fryer
- Work clean, organised and ready for service
- Support your team to deliver every dish to spec
- What we’re looking for
- Experience in a busy kitchen (preferred, not essential)
- Positive attitude and ready to learn
- Works well under pressure
- Takes pride in doing things properly
