Rosa's Thai has come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Today, we are a growing group of restaurants across the UK with the same ambition, values, and love for proper Thai food.
We are looking for a confident, guest-focused General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. You will own the full experience—from the energy on the floor to the quality on every plate. You will build a strong team, drive performance, and create a place people love to work and come back to.
What you’ll do:
- Lead your team to deliver a great guest experience, every shift
- Work closely with your Head Chef to ensure every dish is on spec and on time
- Build a strong, motivated team—coach, support and develop your people
- Create a culture of learning, growth and high standards
- Take ownership of stock, maintenance and H&S
- Drive sales and local awareness with support from our marketing team
- Set the tone—lead with energy, respect and consistency
