As an Area Manager, you will have overall responsibility for several restaurants in London. You will be responsible for the teams in those sites and the overall performance, working closely with other senior managers and Support Office teams. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role will be 100% field based.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 2 Years minimum multi-site management experience within the casual dining sector and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and personal skills.
- Ability to deliver all financial KPIs.
- Ability to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Food standards and Licensing Laws.
- Maintaining and increasing standards of guest service and interaction.
- Maintaining and increasing food quality standards.
- Driving team performance.
- Ability to maintain strategic succession and retention plans.
- A strong commercial acumen of the business and surrounding areas.
- Able to display a hands-on approach when needed.
