We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End caf . Rosa's Thai Caf was reborn. Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK. The role

We're looking for a Line Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll cook, prep and deliver great food, every service. Fast, focused, and with care.

What you'll do

  • Cook and serve proper Thai food
  • Run key sections like grill and fryer
  • Work clean, organised and ready for service
  • Support your team to deliver every dish to spec
