Rosa’s Thai is expanding across the UK and we’re looking for a confident, hands-on Sous Chef to help the Head Chef lead the kitchen. You’ll take ownership of the food, the team and the standards, every dish, every service, every detail.
You’ll run service with pace and control, train junior chefs, keep prep and cleanliness to a high level, and drive the kitchen forward with Asian flavours and wok expertise. A great step for growth with a brand that takes food seriously.
