We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End caf . Rosa's Thai Caf was reborn. Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK. The role
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen. You'll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail.
What you will do
- Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services
- Deliver every dish to spec - consistent, fresh, and full of flavour
- Train, coach and develop your team
- Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
- Manage stock, ordering and food safety
- Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant
- Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass
