We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End caf. Rosa's Thai Caf was reborn. Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK. Same ambition. Same values. Same love for proper Thai food.

The Role

We're looking for a confident, guest-focused General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. You’ll own the full experience—from the energy on the floor to the quality on every plate. You’ll build a strong team, drive performance, and create a place people love to work and come back to.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead your team to deliver a great guest experience, every shift
  • Work closely with your Head Chef to ensure every dish is on spec and on time
  • Build a strong, motivated team—coach, support and develop your people
  • Create a culture of learning, growth and high standards
  • Take ownership of stock, maintenance and H&S
  • Drive sales and local awareness with support from our marketing team
  • Set the tone—lead with energy, respect and consistency
