We're looking for a confident, hands-on Sous- Chef to help the Head chef lead the kitchen.
You'll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Train and support junior chefs
Take ownership and help drive the kitchen forward
