We’ve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosas Thai Café was reborn. Today, we’re a growing group of restaurants across the UK. Same ambition. Same values. Same love for proper Thai food.

The role: We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor. You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front, helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate your team during service
  • Support day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Deliver high standards of food and service
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Step up and take ownership when it matters
