Weve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldnt afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosas Thai Café was reborn. Today, were a growing group of restaurants across the UK. Same ambition. Same values. Same love for proper Thai food.

The role: We are looking for a Line Chef to join our kitchen team. Youll cook, prep and deliver great food, every service. Fast, focused, and with care.

What you'll do:

  • Cook and serve proper Thai food
  • Run key sections like grill and fryer
  • Work clean, organised and ready for service
  • Support your team to deliver every dish to spec

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a busy kitchen (preferred, not essential)
  • Positive attitude and ready to learn
  • Works well under pressure
  • Takes pride in doing things properly
  • A real love of food
