The role involves being a confident, hands-on Sous Chef to help the Head Chef lead the kitchen. You will take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards, ensuring every dish, service, and detail is executed perfectly.
What you'll do:
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Run service with pace, focus, and control
- Deliver every dish with consistency and care
- Train and support junior chefs
