The role: We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen. You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail.
What you will do:
- Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services
- Deliver every dish to spec - consistent, fresh, and full of flavour
- Train, coach and develop your team
- Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
- Manage stock, ordering and food safety
- Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant
- Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass
