The role

Were looking for a confident, hands-on Sous-Chef to help the Head chef lead the kitchen. Youll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail.

What youll do:

  • Lead the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
  • Run service with pace, focus and control
  • Deliver every dish with consistency and care
  • Train and support junior chefs
  • Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
  • Take ownership and help drive the kitchen forward

This role is for you if you:
