Responsibilities
- Administer client onboarding, organise policy information, and maintain accurate client data across systems
- Support report preparation by compiling relevant supporting documents
- Process new business, manage adviser fees, handle fund switches, and oversee investment transfers in line with recommendations
- Coordinate client review meetings and uphold the highest standards of client service throughout all interactions
Experience
- More than two years working in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and competent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong software skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Focus on delivering high-quality client service
- Be able to demonstrate initiative and curiosity
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
