Role Description

The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining accurate records, developing care plans tailored to residents’ needs, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for residents and employees. The Manager will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure open communication and optimal care outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including experience supervising teams and coordinating staff schedules.
