Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Junior Wholesale Account Manager. This role will be responsible for the long-term account management & growth of the brand in Strategic and Influential Wholesale partners within the Rosa & Blue ecosystem such as Harrods, John Lewis and other luxury retailers globally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for retail partners, ensuring queries and requests are managed quickly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and buyers to support long-term partnerships.
  • Visit stores regularly to check product presentation, provide feedback, and support with visual merchandising.
  • Deliver product training sessions for retail staff to increase product knowledge and drive sell-through.
  • Support in seasonal collection presentations to retail partners and store teams.
  • Process and track wholesale orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to accounts.
  • Liaise with logistics to resolve any delivery issues and ensure replenishment where needed.
  • Monitor account sales performance, stock levels, and sell-through rates, flagging opportunities or risks.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on account performance and growth opportunities.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows and regional events.
  • Support with sample management, stand set-up, and engaging with retail partners during events.
  • Work with marketing to provide retailers with assets, POS materials, and campaign support.
  • Maintain accurate account records and order trackers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wholesale team as required.

Requirements / Skills & Experience

Frequent visits to London for retail meetings

Enthusiasm for working with a B Corp or mission-driven company

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Dynamic and energetic individual ready to succeed in a fiercely competitive environment.

Autonomous and responsible to organise their workload

Previous experience in a similar role (2+ years).
