The Role

This is not a new graduate position. We are seeking a clinician who is already confident working independently and is looking to step into a role with genuine clinical responsibility. You will be involved in:

  • Full lameness investigations and performance work-ups
  • Diagnostic imaging (radiography & ultrasound essential)
  • Case management of high-level sport horses
  • Client communication at a professional and performance-focused level
  • Integration with farriery and rehabilitation strategies

The caseload is varied but consistently high quality — this is a role for someone who wants to work cases properly, not rush through volume.

What We’re Looking For

  • MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Minimum 3–5+ years clinical experience (equine essential)
  • Strong grounding in lameness and orthopaedics
  • Confident, clear communicator with clients and colleagues
  • High standards, attention to detail, and pride in clinical work
  • Someone who wants to progress, not plateau

The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone thinking beyond just their next job. We are building a practice with long-term direction — and we are looking for individuals who want to be part of that journey. For the right candidate, there is genuine scope to:

  • Develop a defined clinical niche within the practice
  • Take on increasing responsibility within case management and direction
  • Be involved in shaping how the practice evolves over time

This is an environment where contribution is recognised — and where the right person will naturally grow with the business.
