We are now looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the practice.
The Role
This is not a new graduate position. We are seeking a clinician who is already confident working independently and is looking to step into a role with genuine clinical responsibility. You will be involved in:
- Full lameness investigations and performance work-ups
- Diagnostic imaging (radiography & ultrasound essential)
- Case management of high-level sport horses
- Client communication at a professional and performance-focused level
- Integration with farriery and rehabilitation strategies
The caseload is varied but consistently high quality — this is a role for someone who wants to work cases properly, not rush through volume.
What We’re Looking For
- MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 3–5+ years clinical experience (equine essential)
- Strong grounding in lameness and orthopaedics
- Confident, clear communicator with clients and colleagues
- High standards, attention to detail, and pride in clinical work
- Someone who wants to progress, not plateau
