We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Commercial Property Sales Negotiator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the sale and rental of commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and delivering successful transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the commercial property market
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial property sales (e.g. offices, retail, industrial units, mixed-use assets)
  • Conduct property viewings and present opportunities to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide clients with market insights, pricing strategies, and marketing advice
  • Prepare sales particulars and coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to progress deals
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations, pipeline, and client interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
