As a Sales Manager, you will build and develop your own territory across agencies, brand-direct accounts, retail media networks, and AdTech platform partners. Supported by an experienced team of sales professionals across the EU5 region, you will take ownership of your pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their AdTech or MarTech career who is eager to learn, grow quickly, and take ownership of commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing opportunities across all customer segments.
- Build and develop a healthy pipeline through direct outreach, industry events, strategic partnerships, and agency relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent ROQAD at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen market visibility.
- Share market intelligence and customer insights to support product development, positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, retail media networks, platforms, and data partners.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while contributing to overall pipeline growth and business objectives.
Who You Will Sell To
- Agencies: Major agency groups and trading desks managing programmatic spend across large client portfolios.
- Brands & Retail Media Networks: Global advertisers and retail media networks looking to improve audience reach, measurement, and activation in a privacy-first, post-cookie environment.
- AdTech Platforms: DSPs, SSPs, publishers, identity providers, and technology platforms that require accurate identity data to enhance their products, measurement capabilities, and monetisation strategies.
