Structure: Head of marketing, Head of creative studio and design, 3 x graphic designers, 1 x Junior artworker, Head of digital marketing, Digital content manager, Website executive, Digital marketing executive, Senior creative producer, Creative shoot production assistant, Set builder (on-site PDC), Trade marketing manager.

Reports to: Head of creative studio and design.

The role: You will join a highly creative and fast-moving internal studio producing materials vital to the success of our marketing to customers and consumers alike.

Your skills will be used to produce brochures, POS, adverts and packaging.

We’re looking for a self‑starter who can work independently and is willing to work at a consistently fast pace to keep up with the demanding schedule.

We are looking for a detail‑focused Junior Artworker to work alongside our Graphic Designers and Artworkers.

This role focuses on the accurate production of print and digital artwork across a wide range of marketing materials and is ideal for someone who enjoys technical artwork production, has strong attention to detail and is interested in developing a long‑term career in artwork and creative production.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately produce print‑ready and digital artwork using existing design templates for catalogues, brochures, flyers, point of sale, labels, packaging, advertisements and event materials
  • Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels and platforms
  • Prepare and manage artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, version control and consistent file naming
  • Implement and manage artwork amendments throughout all stages of the approval and sign‑off process
  • Produce brochures and catalogues using the database publishing solution Easy Catalog
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, the Head of Creative Studio, NPD and the Marketing team to deliver projects to brief and deadline
  • Liaise with suppliers and printers to supply accurate print‑ready artwork files
  • Carry out image retouching, including lifestyle roomsets and product cut‑outs
  • Source, update and organise product imagery within the photo library and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system via the PIM platform
  • Attend selected internal review workshops to understand how artwork production supports the overall brand and campaign execution
  • Ensure project status and tasks are kept up to date within project management software (Wrike)

Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years experience
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Understanding of typography, layout and spacing
  • Basic knowledge of the print production process
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across multiple formats
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and receiving constructive feedback
  • Good working knowledge of Power Point, Excel & Word
  • Experience using FTP file‑sharing sites
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday or Trello
  • Highly organised, efficient and quality driven
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques
  • Comfortable working in a PC‑based environment

Up to £27k depending on experience. Initially a 1‑year fixed‑term position with potential to become permanent.
