The role: Hire and Sales Coordinator
40 hours per week Permanent Plymouth depot
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all hire and sales quotes and orders in a timely manner
- Build relationships with customers and maximise sale opportunities wherever possible
- Liaise with depot staff to ensure all hire and sales orders/collections are fulfilled efficiently and customers are satisfied with our service
- Ensure stock levels remain repleted to continue to meet customer demand
- Efficiently resolve any customer queries and issues as they arise, liaising with the Depot Manager where necessary
- Accurately update the customer database in line with company requirements following a call
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Organised with good interpersonal skills
- Strong digital literacy
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
